Ingredients:
1 stalk of Celery
1 Cucumber
1 Cup Cilantro & Parsley
1 Lemon
2 Tbsp. Ginger
1/3 Pineapple

Ingredients:
1 medium red/green apple
3 large leaves of kale (1 cup of kale)
3 stalks of celery
Ai¿½ medium cucumber
2 large leaves of lettuce


SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1 whole Avocado (cut in cubes)
2/3 cup of seedless grapes (about 15)
2 medium apples (cut in cubes)
2 cups spinach leaves
3 stalks of celery
1 whole lime fruit


SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:

1 cup grapes
1 apple
1 lemon
1 cucumber
Ai¿½ cup parsley
4 stalks celery
1 medium beet


SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:

1 cup assorted berries
Half of a banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 cups of spinach


SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:

Ai¿½ ripe red tomato
2 red apples
2 stalks of asparagus
1 cup of spinach
3 stalks of celery
1 cucumber

Instructions for all: Place all ingredients in a blender, add scoop of your favorite plant based protein powder and add a small amount of water, blend on high until the mixture is liquid and serve.
